2. Eligibility for a Refund

We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new subscribers. If you find that our service doesn’t meet your expectations within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, provided:

  • You have contacted our technical support team first to try and resolve any streaming issues.
  • You have not violated our Terms and Conditions (e.g., account sharing or re-streaming).
  • Your request is made within exactly 168 hours (7 days) of your payment.

3. When a Refund is Not Possible

To keep our service sustainable and high-quality, we cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Renewals: Monthly or yearly renewals are not eligible for refunds once the new billing cycle has started.
  • User-Side Issues: Refunds cannot be granted for issues beyond our control, such as slow home internet, incompatible older devices, or ISP (Internet Service Provider) blocking.
  • Temporary Outages: Brief maintenance windows or individual channel outages do not qualify for a full refund, as these are a normal part of global streaming infrastructure.
  • Trial Accounts: 24-hour or short-term trial accounts are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Explain the Issue: Briefly tell us why you’re requesting a refund. Your feedback helps us improve!

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Crypto Payments: Will be sent back to your wallet address (minus any network transaction fees) within 48 hours.

6. Cancellation Policy
